It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the address provided is correct! Please always double check before ordering! If you have provided me with the wrong address, then you must submit a NEW order with the correct address, no refunds will be issued.

Australia: 5-10 business days
New Zealand: 10-30 business days
North America: 10-30 business days
Europe: 10-30 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-30 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-30 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 10-30 business days

POSTAGE WITH TRACKING
We offer the option to add tracking to any and all orders, and we recommend you select this option if you have any concerns around lost mail and shipping. If you're order is $40 or higher we highly recommend you opt for tracking to avoid potential disappointment.

RETURNED PACKAGES
Occasionally Australia Post will return packages to us, this has always been because customer have provided us with the wrong address. We will hold these package for up to 3 months, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate addess, as well as reach out if they wish to have their package reshipped. All reshipping will incur a shipment fee.

Due to the nature of our items, once shipped we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please always read the descripions carefully. If you are unsure then please message us FIRST before placing an order.
